Title: EXCELLENT SERVICE
I have to say that "Totally Toto" are so very considerate.
I know that once we place an order, we receive our items the next day. I had totally forgotten to place my order which i needed today! I chatted with totally Toto on skype & got a very quick response. I requested for a delivery today which they agreed.
I am so grateful to you, Totally Toto.
You made my day as this was a gift i wanted to give to my nephew who leaves tomorrow morning!

hey totally toto,i must admit you have made my shopping experience totally enjoyable. I have a two year old boy and it used to be such a hassle getting him stuff but now within a click of a button i have the most unique quality stuff for my boy delivered at my office within an hour at times...how impressive ....The products are fantastic the bags, shades, duvet set and so many other products of yours that i have already bought for my boy...one more request is it possible to add shoes??please consider

Title: Shopping Convenience
In these days of too much to do and not enough time to do it your service has taken away some of the hassle of shopping for children. Much appreciated. However I find that the selection for boys is rather limited whilst little girls are spoilt for choice!! Could you please consider offering more for the young men?
Ed: We really do try to get the same of each, it's just that the boys stuff is so popular that it sells quicker. Also my wife loves all the pretty girls stuff so it's hard to stop her at times :-)

Getting clothes for my daughter had been a nightmare... I could never get nice things; until of course I discovered your website. I was very glad the 1st time when i discovered totally toto.....and your services have been excellent.....
Your clothes are of good quality (and) i really appreciated the fact that whenever i had a return to be made it was done asap and delivery was on time as well.

Title: Thank God for Totally toto!
Totally toto simple rocks! It's really nice to have such an efficient online shop with high quality and unique baby stuff. No more do I worry about my daughter bumping into another kid wearing similar clothes, phew!
I have another baby due in Sept and I was checking the new born site and it doesn't have a lot on offer. Can you stock up on hooded towels, rompers, body suits for new borns please? It would make my baby shopping so much easier.

Title: First Timer
As a new resident in Kenya I found it difficult to find good quality kids clothing at affordable prices. I discovered TotallyToto quite a while back but was always apprehensive of shopping online as I wasn't sure what quality I'd be getting.
As a second time expectant mother, I finally braved it and ordered a few things and was more than happy with the quality, service and delivery. I would most definately recommend this to anyone who's had problems with price tags at places like Sarit and Yaya. Way to go TotallyToto.

Totally toto came as a relief for me! I have two boys and getting clothes for them had really become such a big deal. Discovering Totally toto made my shopping experience easy, much enjoyable, and satisfying. I can now get affordable good outfits for my boys without much hassle.(Though i still think you need to add more of a boys collection than girls......).

Title: Quality Products at a Good Price
I was wary to make my first order. The prices were so reasonable I was worried the quality of the clothing would reflect that low price. I contacted Totally Toto, and they reassured me that I could make an order, and whatever I didn't like, I could send back with the driver - the only risk I had was the 250Ksh for the delivery charge.
When I did have the courage to place my first order, I was very surprised to find that the quality was good - definitely comparable to what we can buy at Woolworths, but at a much more realistic price. And anything labelled "Official" is actually of EXCELLENT quality!
Since that first order, we have been happily ordering from Totally Toto, and will continue to do so in the future.

I have been shopping with Totally Toto for over year now for my son. Its been great to see the site evolve and get better and better over time. I love the quality and the great service.
